
Susan Reilly is the Director of Communications at the Association for Accessible Medicines. She is responsible for helping to develop and execute AAM’s strategic communications plan, which includes overseeing the organization’s content development and working with key journalists. Susan also manages AAM’s working group composed of member company communications leads and produces AAM’s All Access podcast.
Susan brings more than a decade of communications experience working at public relations agencies and healthcare trade associations where she honed her expertise in public affairs, media relations, executive communications, and content development. Prior to AAM, Susan was Senior Manager, Communications and Media Relations, for the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA). In this role, she provided rapid media response support for CHPA and its member companies; wrote speeches and articles for CHPA President & CEO; edited and produced weekly e-newsletter; and managed communications needs for member task groups. Before CHPA, Susan was the Senior Communications Associate at Safe Kids Worldwide, a nonprofit affiliate of Children’s National Hospital.
Susan received her Bachelor of Arts from Hollins University with a degree in French.
